Meet the Team
Stephan Block is the lead author of the Sleep Training System. He holds degrees from the University of California Los Angeles, and San Diego State University. He has over 30 years professional experience in psychology, adult education, performance training, and program design. His clients include individuals from many countries, business groups, associations, and government organizations.
Sharon Block is a consulting author of the Sleep Training System. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker with B.S.W. and M.S.W. degrees from Arizona State University. Sharon has worked professionally as a mental health counselor for over 30 years.
Kara Block is a board-certified physician and medical consultant for Sleep Training Associates L.L.C. She is a graduate of the College of Medicine at the University of Arizona, studied undergraduate at Vassar, and completed medical residency at Yale. Kara's interests also include memory and neuroscience.
